Ingredients
- Baby potatoes
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Fresh garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter with a splash of olive oil; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan; stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional onion powder.
- Add potatoes to the sauce, gently tossing to coat each one fully.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes to let flavors absorb.
- Finish with chopped dill or parsley and serve warm.
