  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sear in butter until golden; remove and slice.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
  3. Add garlic and paprika; cook until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle in flour and stir to form a light roux.
  5. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
  6. Add cream and sliced chicken; simmer gently until thick and creamy.
  7. Adjust seasoning, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
