- 4 cups Chicken broth

- 1 Onion (diced)
- 2 Celery stalks (sliced)

- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Flour (for thickening)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sear in butter until golden; remove and slice.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
- Add garlic and paprika; cook until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir to form a light roux.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
- Add cream and sliced chicken; simmer gently until thick and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.

- For a spicier soup, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
