Description

A bold, hearty pasta with smoky Cajun-spiced chicken, tender broccoli, and a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until blackened and cooked through; slice and set aside.
  4. Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add cream and Parmesan, simmering until thick and smooth.
  7. Toss pasta and broccoli in the sauce, top with chicken, garnish, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for desired spice level.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
