Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Season chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until blackened and cooked through; slice and set aside.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and Parmesan, simmering until thick and smooth.
- Toss pasta and broccoli in the sauce, top with chicken, garnish, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for desired spice level.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
