Description

Crispy-seared salmon cubes drenched in a sweet, spicy, creamy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets, cut into large cubes
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh chopped chives
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear salmon cubes 2–3 minutes per side until golden with crispy edges. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  5. Return salmon to low heat and spoon the bang bang sauce generously over each piece.
  6. Let simmer 1–2 minutes until sauce slightly thickens and glazes the salmon.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and parsley before serving.
