Description
Crispy-seared salmon cubes drenched in a sweet, spicy, creamy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets, cut into large cubes
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh chopped chives
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat salmon cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear salmon cubes 2–3 minutes per side until golden with crispy edges. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Return salmon to low heat and spoon the bang bang sauce generously over each piece.
- Let simmer 1–2 minutes until sauce slightly thickens and glazes the salmon.
- Garnish with chopped chives and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
