- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup banana peppers (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- In a bowl, soften and mix cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and chopped banana peppers.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden; garnish and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more crushed red pepper flakes.
- Can be served with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
