Ingredients
- Cooked penne pasta
- Chicken breast (cubed and cooked)
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Heavy cream
- Garlic (minced)
- Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cooked chicken and stir.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning; simmer until thickened.
- Toss cooked penne into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Broil for 2 minutes for extra color if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm and creamy.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Can substitute chicken with cooked sausage or vegetables for a different flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
