Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb Potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and cream, simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Asiago cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add gnocchi and spinach, cooking until gnocchi is tender and spinach wilts.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over top, and garnish with parsley.
