Ingredients
- Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Cheese tortellini
- Heavy cream
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Beef broth
- Parmesan cheese
- Cracked black pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook tortellini in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and cracked pepper; sear in olive oil until browned and cooked to preference. Remove and rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Deglaze with beef broth, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and extra cracked pepper; simmer until thick.
- Slice steak and add to sauce along with tortellini.
- Toss gently to coat; finish with parsley and more pepper.
