Ingredients

  • Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Cheese tortellini
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Beef broth
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and cracked pepper; sear in olive oil until browned and cooked to preference. Remove and rest.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze with beef broth, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and extra cracked pepper; simmer until thick.
  6. Slice steak and add to sauce along with tortellini.
  7. Toss gently to coat; finish with parsley and more pepper.

Notes
