Instructions
- Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter to form crumbs.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cookie butter until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
- Layer cookie crumbs and cheesecake filling into clear cups.
- Repeat layers and finish with a swirl of cheesecake on top.
- Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle cookie crumbs; chill before serving.
