- 2 cups whipped topping
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 2 cups milk (for pudding)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into a 9×13 dish to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a little vanilla; fold in some whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Prepare coconut cream pudding with cold milk; let thicken slightly. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top entire dish with generous whipped topping.
- Toast shredded coconut in a dry skillet until golden.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut evenly over the top.
- Chill at least 3 hours before slicing for clean, creamy layers.
Notes
- For a stronger coconut flavor, use coconut extract in the pudding.
