Instructions
- Grease a baking dish and cut cinnamon rolls into quarters; scatter evenly across the dish.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and a splash of maple syrup.
- Pour custard mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, gently pressing to soak.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 28–35 minutes until puffed, golden, and cooked through in the center.
- Warm the icing packets while the casserole bakes.
- Drizzle generously over the hot casserole right after removing from the oven.
- Serve warm with extra icing or powdered sugar if desired.
