- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tube thin-crust pizza dough (refrigerated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Extra Italian seasoning for brushing
Instructions
- Make Spinach Dip: Mix spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, onion powder, pepper, chili powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and cheddar until smooth.
- Roll Dough: Unroll pizza dough and cut into two equal rectangles.
- Assemble: Spread spinach filling over one rectangle, then place the second rectangle on top.
- Cut Tree Shape: Trim into a Christmas tree triangle; use scraps for branches or mini twists.
- Create Twists: Cut horizontal slits along both sides and twist each strip 1–2 times.
- Bake: Bake at 400°F for ~22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Finishing Touch: Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Serve warm.
