Instructions

  1. Heat milk and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming (don’t boil).
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add dark and white chocolate chips, stirring gently until melted and silky.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and reduce heat to warm.
