- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup White chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
- Heat milk and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming (don’t boil).
- Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Add dark and white chocolate chips, stirring gently until melted and silky.
- Stir in vanilla extract and reduce heat to warm.
- Pour into festive mugs.
- Top with a tall swirl of whipped cream.
- Add Christmas sprinkles for a holiday finish.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cocoa powder.
