Description

Sweet-tart cranberries and creamy herbed feta rolled into buttery pastry spirals—perfect for festive snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup Dried or fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, honey, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cheese mixture evenly over it.
  3. Scatter cranberries generously across the surface.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and chill for 10 minutes for cleaner slicing.
  5. Slice into ½–¾-inch pinwheels and place onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with egg wash for golden color.
  7. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
