- 1 Puff pastry sheet
- 1 cup Dried or fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, honey, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Scatter cranberries generously across the surface.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and chill for 10 minutes for cleaner slicing.
- Slice into ½–¾-inch pinwheels and place onto a lined baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash for golden color.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.

- Chilling the rolled pastry helps in achieving cleaner slices.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of cranberries based on your preference.
