Description

Creamy, boozy chocolate–coffee pudding layered with Irish cream mousse and topped with festive sprinkles—holiday party perfection!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Milk (reduced amount for thicker pudding)
  • Chocolate chips or crushed cookies (optional bottom layer)
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk and Kahlua until thick. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Spoon chocolate chips or cookie crumbs into the bottoms of shot glasses (optional).
  3. Add a layer of the chocolate–Kahlua pudding into the shot glasses.
  4. Fold Bailey’s into whipped topping to create a light, creamy layer.
  5. Spoon or pipe the Bailey’s mousse on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to fully set.
  7. Add a swirl of whipped topping and festive red–green sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, reduce the amount of milk used.
  • Feel free to customize the bottom layer with your favorite chocolate chips or cookie crumbs.
  • These pudding shots can be made a day in advance for convenience.
