Creamy, boozy chocolate–coffee pudding layered with Irish cream mousse and topped with festive sprinkles—holiday party perfection!
Ingredients

- 1 package Instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 cup Whipped topping
- 1 cup Milk (reduced amount for thicker pudding)
- Chocolate chips or crushed cookies (optional bottom layer)
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk and Kahlua until thick. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Spoon chocolate chips or cookie crumbs into the bottoms of shot glasses (optional).
- Add a layer of the chocolate–Kahlua pudding into the shot glasses.
- Fold Bailey’s into whipped topping to create a light, creamy layer.
- Spoon or pipe the Bailey’s mousse on top of the chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to fully set.
- Add a swirl of whipped topping and festive red–green sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker pudding, reduce the amount of milk used.
- Feel free to customize the bottom layer with your favorite chocolate chips or cookie crumbs.
- These pudding shots can be made a day in advance for convenience.
