A rich, no-bake pie with silky chocolate and creamy peanut butter layers on an Oreo crust that will delight your taste buds.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate bars
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Mini peanut butter cups (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos finely and mix with melted butter; press firmly into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill.
  2. Melt chocolate gently; let cool slightly. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth; fold in melted chocolate and half the whipped cream. Spread over crust. Chill 30 minutes.
  4. Beat peanut butter with powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy; fold in remaining whipped cream. Spread over chocolate layer.
  5. Warm a small amount of peanut butter and swirl decoratively on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups. Chill at least 5 hours until fully set.
