Description
A rich, no-bake pie with silky chocolate and creamy peanut butter layers on an Oreo crust that will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate bars
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Mini peanut butter cups (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos finely and mix with melted butter; press firmly into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill.
- Melt chocolate gently; let cool slightly. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth; fold in melted chocolate and half the whipped cream. Spread over crust. Chill 30 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter with powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy; fold in remaining whipped cream. Spread over chocolate layer.
- Warm a small amount of peanut butter and swirl decoratively on top.
- Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups. Chill at least 5 hours until fully set.
Notes
- Ensure the chocolate is cooled slightly before mixing to avoid melting the whipped cream.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
- Let the pie chill overnight for the best texture.
