Ingredients

Instructions

- Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped semi-sweet chocolate, and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pipe or spread a thick layer of chilled custard onto half of the cookies.
- Top with remaining cookies and gently press to create even layers.
- Spoon or dip the tops in ganache, letting excess drip off.
- Allow chocolate to firm at room temperature before serving for clean, beautiful layers.
