- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Heavy cream (for drizzle, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth. Whisk in sugars, then eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake 25–30 minutes until the center is set but fudgy.
- Cool completely, then drizzle melted chocolate (mixed with a splash of cream if desired) over the top.
- Chill slightly for clean slices and garnish with fresh strawberry halves before serving.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Ensure the brownies are completely cool before slicing for the best texture.
