Instructions

- Heat cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit 1 minute, then stir until glossy to make ganache.
- Spread cookie dough frosting between the cooled layers and over the entire cake to assemble.
- Pour cooled ganache gently over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides for the ganache drip.
- Sprinkle cookie dough chunks and extra chocolate chips on top to decorate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing for neat, luscious layers.
