- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Hot fudge or melted chocolate (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy; add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Press small portions of dough into the muffin tin, forming cup shapes.
- Spoon a little fudge or melted chocolate into each center.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, then enjoy warm for a melty, gooey bite.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These cookie cups can be frozen for up to a month.
