Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Hot fudge or melted chocolate (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy; add egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Press small portions of dough into the muffin tin, forming cup shapes.
  5. Spoon a little fudge or melted chocolate into each center.
  6. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly, then enjoy warm for a melty, gooey bite.
