Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Heavy cream (optional, for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light, then mix in egg, vanilla, and almond flour to form frangipane.
  2. Slice croissants horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread almond cream generously inside each croissant.
  4. Close croissants, spread a thin layer of frangipane on top, and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
