Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (seasoned & seared)
- Soft pita bread
- Ranch dressing
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives)
- Shredded cabbage mix
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Optional: sliced cucumbers or pickled onions
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little oil, then sear until golden and cooked through; slice.
- Mix slaw by tossing cabbage with ranch dressing, lemon juice, and chopped herbs.
- Warm pitas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Load each pita with a generous mound of herby ranch slaw.
- Layer sliced chicken on top.
- Add extra herbs or lemon juice if desired.
- Serve warm and fold slightly to hold everything in.
