Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (seasoned & seared)
  • Soft pita bread
  • Ranch dressing
  • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives)
  • Shredded cabbage mix
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Optional: sliced cucumbers or pickled onions

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little oil, then sear until golden and cooked through; slice.
  2. Mix slaw by tossing cabbage with ranch dressing, lemon juice, and chopped herbs.
