Description

Tender manicotti shells filled with creamy chicken and ricotta, baked under a rich Alfredo sauce with bubbling mozzarella perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill manicotti shells with the chicken mixture and place in the baking dish.
  4. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with garlic bread.
