Tender manicotti shells filled with creamy chicken and ricotta, baked under a rich Alfredo sauce with bubbling mozzarella perfection.

- 8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill manicotti shells with the chicken mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with garlic bread.

- Ensure the manicotti shells are fully cooked before filling.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
