Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Chopped cilantro and sour cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon about 2 tbsp of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes, until crisp and golden.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream or salsa.
