- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Chopped cilantro and sour cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon about 2 tbsp of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, until crisp and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream or salsa.
- Enjoy hot and melty straight from the oven!
