Description

Whimsical, golden crescent rolls stuffed with gooey melted cheese — perfect for a spooky Halloween snack!

Ingredients

  • Crescent roll dough
  • Mozzarella or cheddar cheese sticks
  • Butter (melted)
  • Black olives (for eyes)
  • Jalapeño or green pepper strips (for hat bands)
  • Garlic powder
  • Parmesan (optional, for sprinkling)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and place a piece of cheese near the wide end of each triangle.
  3. Roll up tightly from wide to point, forming a witch hat shape.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and Parmesan.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Add two tiny olive pieces as “eyes” and a small green pepper strip as the “hat band.”
  7. Serve warm — melty, spooky, and irresistible!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use pepper jack cheese.
  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
