Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, leaving edges clear.
  4. Layer pepperoni and cheeses evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and seal seams and ends.
  6. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake until golden brown and cheese is bubbling; rest, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.
