- 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (or 6 large croissants)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll croissant dough and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each triangle.
- Add mozzarella and 2 pepperoni slices per piece, then roll up tightly.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese starts to ooze out.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
