Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf soft white bread (pull-apart or sliced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into thick slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread shredded mozzarella generously between each slice.
- Brush the herb butter mixture over the top and in between slices.
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then unwrap and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, pulling apart each cheesy slice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding other herbs like oregano or basil.
- This bread is best served warm and fresh out of the oven.
- Can be paired with marinara sauce for dipping.
