Description

Gooey, buttery, and packed with Italian herbs—perfect for sharing!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 loaf soft white bread (pull-apart or sliced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into thick slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Spread shredded mozzarella generously between each slice.
  5. Brush the herb butter mixture over the top and in between slices.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then unwrap and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, pulling apart each cheesy slice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding other herbs like oregano or basil.
  • This bread is best served warm and fresh out of the oven.
