Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese (block or string cheese)
- Pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- Garlic cloves
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Parsley (fresh, chopped)
- Olive oil (optional)
- Marinara or ranch (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut mozzarella into sticks or use pre-cut string cheese.
- Roll out dough squares, place cheese in the center, and fold tightly into sealed rolls.
- Melt butter with minced garlic, brush generously over each roll.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and cheese is melted inside.
- Serve hot with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
