Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz can)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
- Butter (4 tbsp, melted)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Dried parsley (1 tsp)
- Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
- Salt (¼ tsp)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for topping)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat & prep: Heat oven to 375°F and grease a round baking dish or bundt pan.
- Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Assemble dough balls: Cut biscuit dough into pieces, brush each with garlic butter, and roll in mozzarella cheese.
- Layer & bake: Arrange in the dish, sprinkling extra cheese between layers. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Top it off: Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and red pepper flakes over the hot bread; bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
