Ingredients

- 1 package of soft dough sheets (crescent dough or pizza dough)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (sliced or shredded)
- 1/4 cup garlic butter (butter + garlic + parsley)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Extra parsley for garnish
- Optional: cream cheese for extra creaminess
Instructions
- Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread a thin layer of garlic butter over the surface.
- Add a generous layer of mozzarella and a sprinkle of parmesan.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into individual rollups.
- Place rollups in a greased baking dish, swirl-side up.
- Brush the tops with more garlic butter.
- Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and melty.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- For extra creaminess, consider adding cream cheese to the filling.
- Ensure the dough is rolled tightly to prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.
