- 1 cup Sloppy joe sauce
- 6 slices Garlic bread
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce and simmer until thickened.
- Place garlic bread slices on a baking sheet and lightly toast.
- Spoon sloppy joe mixture generously over each slice.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more Italian seasoning to the beef mixture.
