- 4 Thick-cut bread slices
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Mix butter with minced garlic; spread over bread and toast lightly until golden.
- Brown ground meat in a skillet; add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer 8–10 minutes.
- Spoon sloppy joe mixture generously over toasted garlic bread.
- Top with mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 8–10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
