Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam cauliflower until tender, then pulse in a food processor to fine crumbs.
- Squeeze out excess moisture with a towel to ensure crisp texture.
- Mix cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Press mixture into a flat rectangular shape on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
- Slice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm.
Notes
- Ensure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower for a crispier texture.
