  3. Squeeze out excess moisture with a towel to ensure crisp texture.
  4. Mix cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Press mixture into a flat rectangular shape on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
  7. Slice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm.
