Description

Juicy chicken breasts packed with tender broccoli and gooey melted cheese—pure cozy comfort.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (butterflied)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed or raw chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: extra cheddar for topping

Instructions

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts by slicing horizontally without cutting fully through; season inside and out with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, and cream cheese until creamy and chunky.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast generously and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with a bit more cheddar.
  6. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 18–22 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Rest briefly, then slice and serve with extra broccoli or a fresh salad.
