Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with small pieces of biscuit dough and sprinkle generously with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm and cheesy.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
