Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Top with small pieces of biscuit dough and sprinkle generously with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm and cheesy.
