- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can Biscuit dough
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer beef mixture to baking dish and top with dollops of biscuit dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm and cheesy.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
