Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen tater tots or diced potatoes
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots or diced potatoes until crispy and golden; set aside.
