- 6 bacon slices
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon halfway (not crispy) and set aside.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Sprinkle cheddar on each piece, place a sausage on top, and roll tightly.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each roll-up and place seam-side down.
- Brush with egg wash and bake 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
