Description

Ingredients

  • 6 breakfast sausages
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 6 bacon slices
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional glaze)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cook bacon halfway (not crispy) and set aside.
