- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, vegetables, and a splash of beef broth; simmer briefly.
- Spread beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar generously over the filling.
- Place biscuit dough rounds evenly across the top.
- Bake until biscuits are golden and the filling is bubbly; finish with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
