- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham crumbs and melted butter; press into a tart pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spread evenly over cooled crust.
- In a skillet, cook pears with brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon for 5–7 minutes until soft and glossy.
- Arrange caramelized pears on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and bake for another 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Cool completely, then chill for 1 hour before slicing.
- Dust lightly with cinnamon and drizzle extra caramel before serving.
