Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into mini liners or silicone molds to form bases.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spoon over the crusts.
- Add a thick layer of caramel on top of the cheesecake filling.
- Pour warm chocolate ganache or melted chocolate over the caramel.
- Sprinkle with crunchy graham crumbs or toffee.
- Chill 1–2 hours until fully set.
- Remove from molds and serve chilled for the perfect layered bite.
