Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into mini liners or silicone molds to form bases.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spoon over the crusts.
  3. Add a thick layer of caramel on top of the cheesecake filling.
  4. Pour warm chocolate ganache or melted chocolate over the caramel.
