Instructions

- Cream butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt to form a soft cookie dough.
- Flatten dough portions, wrap around frozen cheesecake filling, and seal well.
- Bake until edges are set and centers stay soft, about 12–14 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with toffee bits if desired.
