Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith + red)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts or toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into a 9×13” dish to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread pudding mixture over the crust.
  4. Drizzle half the caramel sauce over the pudding layer.
  5. Top with chopped apples and sprinkle with peanuts or toffee bits.
  6. Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top.
