Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Marinara or pizza sauce
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil (optional)
- Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Divide pizza dough into 12 strips and lightly stretch each into a rope.
- Wrap each rope with alternating stripes of marinara and mozzarella to mimic a candy cane pattern.
- Curve the top of each strip into a candy cane shape on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle or brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 18–20 minutes until golden with melty cheese.
- Add basil or Parmesan right after baking.
- Enjoy warm with extra marinara for dipping.
