- 12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper and add 2–3 tablespoons of filling.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides, and seal edges with a dab of water.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry egg rolls until crispy and golden (about 3–4 minutes).
- Drain on a rack to keep the shells crisp.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Serve hot with extra dipping sauce and more buffalo sauce if desired.
