Instructions
- Warm milk and mix with yeast and a pinch of sugar; let it foam for 10 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and flour, kneading until soft and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly, slice into rounds, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- For the caramel glaze, simmer brown sugar, butter, and cream until thick, then whisk in vanilla.
- Drizzle caramel glaze over warm rolls and top with brown sugar crumble.
