- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 24 strawberry chocolate kiss candies
- ½ cup pink and red sprinkles
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (optional for lighter version look)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls, roll lightly in granulated sugar, then coat in pink/red sprinkles.
- Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Immediately press a strawberry kiss candy into the center of each warm cookie.
- Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to set completely.
Notes
- For a lighter version, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
