Creamy oats layered with jammy blueberry compote and a luscious peanut butter swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp granola (for topping)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with 1 tbsp maple syrup over medium heat until thick and jammy (5–7 minutes). Cool.
- In a bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, remaining sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Layer half the oat mixture into jars, spoon blueberry compote on top, then remaining oats.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
- Before serving, swirl peanut butter on top and sprinkle with granola for crunch.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use almond milk and maple syrup.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste preference.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
