- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white chocolate
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blue food coloring (to desired color)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (optional for drizzle)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar together, then beat in eggs, vanilla, and blue food coloring.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and chopped Oreos. Spread the batter evenly in the dish.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until set but still soft in the center. Cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate with a little butter or mix cream cheese with powdered sugar for frosting.
- Spread or drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled bars.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and chill before slicing.
Notes
- Ensure the bars are completely cooled before adding the drizzle to prevent it from melting.
- Adjust the amount of blue food coloring based on your desired shade.
- For a richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for the drizzle.
